The guys over at Borne Games have a sweet collaboration going with EA and DICE concerning a 2D version of Mirror’s Edge.
It’s still in Beta, but it’s looking and playing great.
You can check it out for yourself at the link below, and I personally hope that once it’s done, they’ll release it on the PSN and XBLA, maybe even the Wii (since Nintendo’s console missed out on the fancy HD version of Mirror’s Edge). I get major motion sickness from playing the 3D counterpart, so this is a nice way for me to enjoy Mirror’s Edge. It’s a lot of fun, and shows a lot of promise.
